I need to separate cells from a suspension culture. Could somebody recomment appropriate microfilteration membreanes for such purpose.

Your best bet for collecting cells from a suspension culture is to centrufuge the cells at low speed and then use vacuum to suck off the excess media. If you try to use a filter to remove the cells it will most likely clog up.

If you are going to suspend the cells in a new media, it's best to wash the cells with the new media and re-centrifuge and re-suck to make sure that nearly all of the old media is gone.
