Mostly the membranes are described by their MWCO, At what pressure does the cut off should take? 0.9(rejection) value or 90% rejection, what will happen to the rejection value,if we apply more pressure than it(at which we get 90% rejection)
Or is it possible if we apply more pressure then there is chances of permeating larger molecules also?

The MWCO of a UF membrane does not change significantly with changes in pressure, provided that it is properly supported. Different pressures are used to evaluate different membranes to control the water flux rate.

Using high pressures with a large MWCO membrane can cause a layer of retained proteins to form at the membrane surface. This gel layer can act as a filter and reduce the apparent MWCO of the UF membrane.

Using low pressures with a low MWCO membrane increases the time required for filtration.
