You will need to determine the size of the milk solids (in daltons) that you want to separate and use a membrane with a size that is smaller than the solids that you want to dialyze. Dialysis requires relatively sufficient knowledge of particle sizes. If you can just get the lower end of sizes of milk solids, i.e. the smaller particles, that would be sufficient to dialyze
whole milk.
