What is the best method/product for dialyzing large quantities(100mL-200mL) of purified protein fractions from affinity chromatography?

Generally this is done with the largest Spectra/Por 4 tubing. The 48 mm diameter stuff gives sausages that are about 3 to 6 inches long for these volumes. If you're using dialysis to desalt the samples be careful to leave extra room in the dialysis sausage since not only will salt leave, but extra water will try to enter the sausage.
