I am interested in the minikros sampler system for virus concentration. We need the virus to be concentrated under STERILE conditions because it will be used in mouse transplantation experiments. Can the minikros sampler system operate under sterile conditions?

Yes. The system is small enough to be run in a standard hood, or you can assemble a flowpath (with filter) and autoclave everything OR you can get a filter that has been pre-sterilized (irradiated) and attach it to sterilized flow path.
