I need to concentrate 70 KDa protein. Can I take your 50 MWCO module M75S-300-01P or your 10 KDa MWCO module M71S-300-01P?

Spectrum Labs recommends a MWCO half the size of the molecule of interest to ensure that no sample is lost. The 10kD would work best in this situation to make sure all the 70kD protein is retained.
