The best Spectrum Labs product for washing and concentrating 190 nm beads is the MicroKros module with a 0.1 um pore rating (X11M-100-04N). The fibers are made of mixed cellulose esters and the hold up volume is about 500 ul. You can use syringes and fittings which come with the product for your separation.
