| I am looking for a filter that will enable me to periodicality take an automated sample from a growing liquid bacterial culture in a fermenter. I'm thinking of recirculating through a small hollow fiber and periodically withdrawing fluid from the permeate side. If anyone has any experience configuring such a scheme, I would be interested in any advise you can give. |
