Filtering out cell debriselectrophys2002-10-24Click here to register.
Hi, Can anyone recommend a system for me to clean cell suspensions of CHO and HEK cells. The cells are typically in the 20 - 40 uM diameter range. The system needs to be relatively fast becuase the cells are quite adherant, if not sticking to each other, to the walls of the containing vessel.
My aim is to get a final vial of clean cells, free from debris for use in an automated patch clamp system.

Thanks for visiting.
