hai, i am working with E.coli cells producing intracellular enzyme. i wanted to remove the cells as well as remove the supernatant after appropriate lysis. i am working at a volume of 3000 liters. i am looking for a system where the flowrate is around 400 LPH with atleast 50- 100 lmh available. i am interested in sterilizable / reusable system with proper CIP. i would be interested either in ceramic membrance or in hollow fiber system, provided they give the operational advantage. would you please help me in my search as early as possible.

I think Spectrums hollow fiber system for process filtration would be ideal for your application.  Please give me the state you are in and contact number and I will have someone call you.
