2) HOW TO DETERMINE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SIDE STREAM FILTER?

We need more information on what exactly you are needing. What is side stream? Is the basin the reservoir? That is a high rate of flow, are you sure you mean 35000 liters an hour?
