 | In order to separate untrapped from the vesicles, you need to know how big the drug is in daltons, and find a membrane whose pore size is at least twice the size of the unentrapped drug. Then choose the proper filter that can accomodate the volume that you want. Spectrum has filters that can be used with several milliliters to thousands of liters. |
